Submit Your Teaching Calendar

Submit Your Teaching Calendar

Your Curriculum Team (CT) has the responsibility of making site visits to sub-contractors across the state.  We need your teaching schedules to coordinate our travel plans.

The CT plans site visits across the state to assess curriculum fidelity and to also provide whatever support we can to the great work you are doing.  This information will also be shared with your IA and the Evaluation Team in an effort to reduce the number of times you are asked to submit this information.

We make site visits on a regular basis and look forward to seeing as many educators as possible during the fiscal year.  In order to do our visits, we need to know when and where you are teaching.  Please use this template to send us your schedules:

WA-SNAP-Ed-Teaching-Calendar-Template-FFY2019

Once you have completed the template, please upload it to this site using the form below. People who have used the link report that it takes very little time to get your teaching schedule to us.  Someone on the Curriculum Team will be in touch for details so we can plan our visits.

Teaching Calendars are due on the following dates:

  •  January 11, 2019-Winter Calendars
  • April 5, 2019-Spring Calendars (April 11, 2019 for DOH Providers)
  • June 7, 2019-Summer Calendars

If you have any questions, please contact Maggie Grate at: Maggie.grate@WSU.edu

Note

We understand plans change and we may need to change our plans if one of your partners needs to re-arrange schedules.  Please keep us informed, to the best of your ability, of schedule changes. Also, please let us know if a class will be taught in a language other than English.
