Many project types may not have a tool that is geared specifically toward their work. In those cases, the evaluation team put together a list of potential process measures that LIAs can use to assess their project. The full list of process measures, and lists for individual interventions, are posted in the Guidance Documents section under the PSE Evaluation Resources heading on the evaluation page.
If an LIA or IA would like help evaluating a PSE project they may continue to submit an evaluation request form, which is located in the Guidance Documents section under the Forms heading on the evaluation page.
If an LIA or IA would like to provide feedback on the PSE Evaluation Toolkit, they may email the evaluation team at SNAPEdEvaluation@doh.wa.gov.
