Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic SNAP Ed Program

About Us

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic has delivered SNAP-Ed programming in Yakima County for over ten years. Our efforts are focused on making the healthy choice the easy choice through trauma-informed nutrition education, sharing food resource management skills, and physical activity education for all ages. We are also partnering with many agencies around the Yakima Valley to help improve community food access as a whole.
