Common Threads Farm SNAP Ed Program
About Us
Common Threads has been connecting kids to healthy food in the garden, in the kitchen, and at the table since 2007. Our SNAP-Ed focus is on PSE work in schools, through gardening and cooking in the classroom. Additionally, we provide reimbursable meal programs for kids at low income apartment complexes and community centers.
