Kitsap Public Health SNAP Ed Program

About Us

Kitsap Public Health SNAP-Ed program works in collaboration with local organizations to strengthen policy, systems, and environmental changes that address healthy eating and active living.   Our current focus is to increase healthy food access and physical activity across the lifespan by focusing our work on families with young children through older adults.
