They suggest these things for good health:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Choose healthy foods most of the time, at every age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eat foods that have the most nutrients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoy foods that you prefer and fit your budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose healthy foods and beverages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eat less salt, sugar, and fat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eat more of these foods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Fruits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vegetables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dairy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whole Grains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Healthy Oils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Try to<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Make half your plate fruits and vegetables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make at least half your grains whole grains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch to fat-free or low-fat (1%) milk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eat less of these foods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Sodium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Added Sugars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saturated and trans fats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MyPlate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>MyPlate can help you make good choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The food groups that make up the plate give our body all that it needs.
