Do make with buillon, combine one cube with one cup very hot water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use frozen vegetables instead of fresh. They are just as nutritious!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brown rice is a whole grain, which means it is higher in fiber and nutrients than plain white rice. Return to a gentle simmer and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes.
