Feel free to substitute the frozen vegetables in this recipe with canned or fresh varieties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Wash hands well with soap and water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lightly spray a large saucepan with non-stick cooking spray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add rice to saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Stir in onion and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add hot water, bouillon cubes and tomato sauce, stirring until bouillon cubes are dissolved. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add frozen vegetables. Cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until all moisture is absorbed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle cilantro on top of cooked rice.
