They are high in fiber, which helps you digest your food and they are high in protein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dip your favorite veggies in the hummus. Cherry tomatoes, carrots, radishes, and sugar snap peas are all delicious choices!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Wash hands with soap and water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn oven on to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drain and rinse garbanzo beans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add garbanzo beans, oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves, and tahini (if using) to a blender or food processor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blend until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brush pita bread with oil on both sides. Place on a baking sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set in oven for 6 minutes.
