Butter or Margarine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tbsp. Packed Brown Sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 tsp. Cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 small Cooking Apple (sliced to be about 1 cup of sliced apples)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup Flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup Non-Fat Milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 tsp. Fiber helps you feel full and vitamin C can help prevent you from getting sick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Wash hands with soap and water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place butter in a pie plate and place in oven to melt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crack eggs into bowl and whisk until broken up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add flour, milk and salt. Whisk just until ingredients are mixed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take pie plate out of the oven. (Be careful, it will be very hot.) Place brown sugar and cinnamon in melted butter and smush around with fork until mixed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the sliced apples into brown sugar mixture and spread evenly in pie plate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the batter that you made in step 4 on top of the apple mixture.
