Add onion, celery, bell pepper, dried spices, turkey apple sausage, garlic, parsley, and oregano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saut\u00e9 until sausage is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes, or temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine with rice and black-eyed pea mixture.
