Set aside. If using canned beans, drain and rinse canned beans and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spray a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray, and preheat over medium heat. Cook celery, onion, and green pepper until soft, about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add tomatoes, water, and seasonings to vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil. Add beans, and return to a boil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover and cook over low heat until flavors are blended and liquid is absorbed away, about 15 minutes. Stir once in a while to prevent from sticking. Serve with rice<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cook Together!
