Stir well to combine, then cook over medium-low heat for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add celeriac, carrots, bell pepper and tomatoes and cook over medium-low heat for approximately 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour stock into pot with all ingredients and bring to a simmer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add potatoes, beans, cabbage, bay leaf,&nbsp; and garlic to the simmering pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook over high heat until boiling, then reduce heat to medium-low.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine, then simmer for 30 minutes.
