Chop onions and bell peppers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add oil to large frying pan on medium-high heat and add meat when oil is hot (shiny on surface); cook until browned, or temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring frequently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Push meat to the side and in the middle of the pan add carrots, onions and peppers. Cook them for one minute<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add mushrooms and broccoli.
