Add onion and cook for 8 minutes over medium heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add cumin, coriander and turmeric. Add tomatoes and chili (if using). Stir and cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the greens, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and cover. Cook until greens are tender, about 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir in lemon juice if using.
