Black Bean and Corn “Confetti” Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 can (8.75 ounces) whole kernel corn, low sodium (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup canned black beans, low sodium (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
