Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen vegetables
- 1 pound pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup low-fat cheese (grated or shredded)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter

- If using fresh or canned veggies, add during step 4 when mixing.
Directions
- Boil water in a cooking pot. Add the pasta. Turn down the heat to medium-low; cook pasta according to package directions.
- 5 minutes before pasta is done cooking, add frozen veggies. Once done, pour pasta, veggies, and water into colander to drain.
- Add cheese, milk, and butter to cooking pot until cheese melts.
- Return cooked, drained pasta and veggies back to cooking pot, mix, and serve.
