Pico de Gallo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 
  • 1 ½ cups onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Wash vegetables under cool running water.
  3. Chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño peppers, and garlic.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
