Pico de Gallo Salsa

  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 
  • 1 ½ cups onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Use this salsa to season your family meals or serve with homemade tortilla chips.


  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño peppers, and garlic.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
