Ingredients
- 1 Mango ripe (peeled and cubed)
- 1 Pineapple Small, ripe, about 4 cups (peeled and cubed)
- 2 Bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Lime juiced, about 2 tablespoons
- 3 tablespoons Coconut unsweetened, dried, shredded

- Substitute fruits in this salad for other fresh fruits like watermelon, papaya or oranges.
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- In a large bowl, combine cut fruit, lime juice and coconut. Gently stir until evenly mixed.
- Serve immediately, or cover well and chill up to 8 hours.
